Creating Community Wellness Society (CCWS) is a Victoria-based health and wellness charity. Since inception, CCWS has supported community-based Health and Wellness programs. CCWS also serves as fiscal host to health and wellness community projects. Our education programs range from information sessions to peer led programs that support changing behaviour to change one’s health status.

Going Forward we seek Collaboration and Partnership projects that:
– Support Shared Leadership
– Joint application and delivery of programs
– Make a direct impact on individual and/or community agency and resilience.

We use the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) as the scope of our quality of life focus for projects.

We have a number of supporters of our efforts to date. We appreciate all our individual donors that help us fulfill our broad mandate.
