We are seeking Collaboration and Partnerships with agencies that can directly affect the overall health of our communities.
Seeking Community Partners
Our programming is delivered in collaboration with community-based agencies and organizations. We are seeking new partners to expand our services and support and welcome the opportunity to discover shared possibilities.
Going Forward we seek Collaboration and Partnership projects that:
– Support Shared Leadership
– Joint application and delivery of programs
– Make a direct impact on individual and/or community agency and resilience.
We will learn and grow with you.
If you are also Seeking Collaboration and Partnership opportunities.
Wellness Sessions
CCWS has provided health and wellness services to the community since its inception in 2010. We have usually partnered with a community organization – community association, activity centres, volunteer centres, as delivery partners. We provide Facilitators with topic expertise and rely on the partner organization for advertising, although we can provide the poster, also posted on our website. At the close of each session, participations are invited to offer evaluation feedback, ask questions, and provide permission for us to advise them of future activities.
Recently, we conducted HEAT WAVE READINESS in collaboration with the Community Health Network and delivered at three different community locations.
